Do I have to have an idea for artistic direction?
When submitting your inquiry, feel free to express the theme or general idea behind the type of design you desire. Please let me know if you have a specific color scheme or theme you want me to work by. If necessary, we can discuss business over a phone call or video chat so I am able to fully understand what you are looking for.

How do I submit an order?
Navigate to the "contact" tab to submit a design request. Please be as detailed as possible.
When will I get to see the design you create for me?
I will keep you informed frequently when it comes to the creation process. You are allotted a specific number of revisions depending on the type of design before finalizing. Be SPECIFIC as possible on your initial inquiries. Any revisions requested after finalization will result in an extra charge of $15 per revision.

* A revision is an edit that changes small or minor aspects of the entire design. A change is changing the entire concept. Please I will not make any changes after deposit is paid. Be clear of the difference.

How do I receive my designs from you?
I will create a google drive folder with everything you need. Upon contact, I will invite you to the shared Google Folder so you will have always access to your product(s). This helps new and returning customers collectively organize all of their purchased material.

How long does it typically take for you to complete a request?

What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept payments via Venmo, Cash App, Paypal, or Apple Pay.
